I have always been committed to working hard and making forward progress in my career, with a passion for connecting and building relationships with people.
I spent 30 years working in the retail industry, with most of that time spent in multi-unit roles as a district and regional director for very well-known brands: J. Crew, Eddie Bauer, Williams-Sonoma, and Office Depot. I am originally from the Philadelphia area, having moved out to Colorado 28 years ago to pursue both my personal and professional passions.
As I reflect on my career, the most rewarding aspect has always been working with my team at all levels of the organization. Coaching and development are my passions, and knowing I have made a positive impact on someone’s life, both personally and professionally, is far more important than any metric I achieved.
I had long desired to become a business owner but was always unsure how to approach it or whether it was even feasible. Prior to becoming a coach, I had experienced my own setbacks through restructures and downsizing, and I had watched many of my colleagues in the industry go through the same challenges. This is what has led me to the Entrepreneur’s Source. I was truly ready to make my own career transition and take control of my destiny.

My husband, Darren, and I have 3 beautiful daughters and 3 wonderful dogs! We love skiing, hiking, camping, traveling, and spending time with our friends and family.
